1v1/Group Workout

BeALL For CHRIST Sports Ministries offer Basketball workouts and training sessions. These can be one-on-one, small, or large group sessions. Our one on one sessions consist of you and a trainer/coach that will be specifically tailored to you. Even though a lot of similarly talented players need similar basics the more specific drills will be tailored to your current and desired skill set.

Small group sessions are have 2-8 players and 1-2 coaches/trainers. Although these sessions are a little less specific to your skill set the players are normally grouped by similar talent levels so training are still specialized. Players also are introduced to more team situations and drills that can’t be done in a 1-on-1 session.

Large group sessions are normally 8+ players. These session general are 1.25 hrs or more and often have multiple coaches and trainers. These sessions often end in a scrimmage.

All of these session types are specially tailored to players who want to hone their skills in preparation for rec, middle school, high school, college, or overseas basketball. Players will be pushed to their limits and beyond through drills and exercises that will enhance their strength, agility, shooting, ball handling, defense, and most importantly IQ. Then players will be placed in some type of live competition to further hone those skills that were taught or reviewed that day.
