Students do not have to be a Christian to participate in these sessions. Also students will not be turned away for monetary reasons. Partial scholarships are available when they are needed and space is available. Discounts are also available for those who would like multiple days and/or multiple services. BeALL For CHRIST Tutoring

BeALL For CHRIST Tutoring is a tutoring center that is constantly supervised by one or more Professional Tutors who have multiple years of tutoring and teaching experience. However, most of our actual tutors are young adults that are current college students, have a high school diploma, or current upperclassmen high school students. These youth excel in their coursework, possess skills and qualities that make them ideal helpers, and have been highly recommended by their current institution or a trusted adviser. Even though our tutors are being supervised, they are well-suited to offer support because they have recently taken many of the same classes that the students are now taking, which makes them uniquely qualified. Each one of our chosen peer tutors have also gone through a rigorous departmental application and screening process followed by a training program to help them assess the best way to work with their students.

The students will receive high quality tutoring from young adult role models in a christian environment. Students do not have to be Christian in order to receive help. Also no student will be turned away for monetary reasons. Partial and full scholarship money will be available to students who truly need tutoring sessions but cannot afford them. Clee Sherrod, co-founder of BeALL For CHRIST, has 10+ years of tutoring experience.  He has been tutoring BeALL For CHRIST participants, as well as people outside of the program who have heard of him through word of mouth, on his own consistently for the past 5 years. For so many students, their work ethic and habits for their whole lives are built in grade school and early in adulthood. Many students don’t understand the importance of building good habits now.

Services: Tutoring sessions focus on helping students grasp the concepts they will need  to perform well in their class, as well as developing study strategies to effectively prepare for exams now and in the future. Our original services will center around any and all Math and Science courses but will expand to other subject matters as supervisors come on with that expertise. In addition to being helped with homework and studying for tests, students will also receive practice problems from the center when needed, as well as practice exams before they take the actual test. We offer individual as well as small group tutoring sessions.

Mission: To provide highly trained tutors that will provide students the support and services needed to achieve their educational goals. Each student will be taught and mentored to understand where their talents come from, or what can be accomplished with them by trusting God and using their gifts for His Glory. Also, to provide them the chance to grow and develop those talents in ways they may not have had the opportunity to before.

Vision: To set a new standard for tutoring. One that truly benefits both parties. Students will receive exemplary academic support that propels them to new academic heights while giving them a tutor who also will be a role model that will be given an opportunity to show God’s love to the community while benefiting from countless leadership, professional, and mentoring opportunities.
